All our products are digital in nature. No physical items are shipped or delivered.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital and customized products, we do not accept returns.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if the order is canceled before the design process has started.

Once the design process has begun or the final video has been delivered, refunds are not applicable.

Revisions

We are committed to your satisfaction. If there are any issues with your video, we offer revisions to ensure it meets your expectations.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details (names, dates, event information). We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information submitted during ordering.
