How can I customize my video invite?
Submit personalization and place Order. It's not a ready to download item. We will make the invitation and send it to your email within 24 hours. Note: If you do not see the email, please check your Spam folder just in case it got delivered there instead of your inbox.
What is the turnaround time?
The turnaround time is 24 hours..
Can I send the video invitation through text?
We do not recommend it as many carriers have a very small file size and this can degrade the quality of the Invitation making it blurry and unreadable at the recipient's end.
How to share animated invite to my guests?
You can send it through Messenger, iMessage (iPhone to iPhone), Instagram, WhatsApp and Email. Both Android and iOS users can receive the video file as long as you send them using these apps.
Can you make the invitation in any different language?
We can make the invitation in any language. (Free of cost) Just check all the slides of the invitation and send the translations during purchase or you can directly email us
Can I add a photo to my video invitation?
Yes. For that you need to purchase the add photo option and send the photo in the add photo section.
Can I change some wordings in the invitation?
Yes we can change all the wordings on the video invite. Send us the wordings and we'll make the adjustments.
Can add a hyperlink to the video invitation?
It's not possible to add a clickable link or hyperlink to the video invitation.
Can you change the graphics on the video?
No, We can't.
Can I change the background music on the video?
Yes, For that you need to send the YouTube link to the music during purchase in the YouTube music link section.
